Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Aliki villa is located in the center of Limenaria, on 5 minutes from the beach.
The owner of the villa lives in the same building and is there for any need of the guests, also owns fish market ext to the object.
On the short walking distance are shops and city beach is 200m away.

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of one apartment and one studio that are located on the 3rd floor. The studio has 44m2, while the apartment has 73m2.

Studio consists of one space with a double bed and two single beds, and a possibility of adding an extra bed (rantzo bed). In this part of the studio is a kitchen (with big fridge, small stove with oven) and dining table with chairs. Also, it has a bathroom and balcony, and it is equipped with the TV and air-conditioning. Has mountain view.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms where is 1 double bed in each room, while in the living room are 2 folding sofa beds, and on request can be added folded bed for 2 smaller children. It has a kitchen (with big fridge and stove) and bathroom, and it is equipped with the AC and TV. Also, it has a balcony with a sea view.
Cleaning is daily and replacing towels and bed linen is done every 3 days. There is an opportunity of adding a baby cot, and also accommodation has a Wi-Fi internet.

Rezervisali smo preko Vas smeštaj na Tasosu u Limenariji "Aliki Vila". Za smeštaj imamo samo reči hvale, gazderica koja drži ribarnicu je zaista fina i ljubazna, spremačica je svakodnevno dolazila, čistila apartman, za 7 dana su nam 3 puta menjali peškire. Apartman ima sve što je potrebno, krenuvši od veš mašine, pegle za veš, fena za kosu, tečni deterdzent za pranje veša, električni aparat protiv komaraca itd... Zaista sve pohvale. Jedino što smo bili na četvrtom spratu, zbog stepenica i male dece, ali sve ostalo je čista 10ka. Jedna mala napomena, s'obzirom da smo bili skeptični kada smo pročitali da je ribarnica u sklopu objekta pa smo se plašili zbog mirisa, ali se bukvalno nijednog dana miris nije osetio, sem iz kafeterije do ribarnice 😊 verujem da i ko ne pije kafu prosto bi ga ujutru onaj miris kafe naterao da sedi na terasi i uživa u mirisu 😀 Do narednog letovanja, Srdačan pozdrav.

Juce smo se vratili i smestaj je zaista odlican iako je na trecem spratu, ali se ne oseti tezina uzlaska toliko . 😊) Domacica ljubazna, uvek na usluzi i uvek dostupna, obzirom da je njihova ribarnica odmah ispod smestaja. Cisti se svakog dana, peskiri se menjaju. U apartmanu klima je dovoljno jaka da rashladi ceo apartman, pa cak bude i hladno. Zaista je prostran sa dve spavace sobe. Dobili smo vise nego sto smo ocekivali. U studiju i apartmanu ima sve sto coveku treba: fen, pegla, rajdovi protiv komaraca, kuvalo, toster, tv u svakoj sobi, ves masina u studiju, prasak za ves... Parkiranje je u ulici. Samo sam dva puta morao da produzim sto metara do velikog parkiralista. Jedino sto je smetalo dok smo bili u studiju jeste buka tokom noci ljudi iz komunalnog koji rade nocnu smenu, dok se u apartmanu nije cula buka. Inace, sledeci gosti za apartman su kasnili pa nam je domacica produzila boravak u apartmanu, naravno bez doplate. Dodatna lepa stvar za ljubitelje kafe je przionica i fensi kafic odmah uz ribarnicu koji ima prelepu kafu, a uz to i jeftiniju nego drugde. Eto, to su utisci koji mozda mogu nekome da koriste.
