Description

Alfi Apartment Nikiti is located in the town of Nikiti, on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula, and is 650 meters from the nearest beach. Thessaloniki International Airport is 87.4 kilometers from the apartment. The maximum capacity of this property is 6 guests.

Accommodation

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace.

The living room features a corner sofa, a TV (with satellite channels), and an air-conditioning unit. This area also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee machine, extractor hood, dishwasher, and microwave. From this room, there is access to a spacious ground-floor terrace (veranda) furnished with outdoor furniture suitable for outdoor dining.

Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed and one air-conditioning unit. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes for clothes storage.

The bathroom is modernly designed and standardly equipped, featuring a toilet, washbasin, and shower cabin.

The entire accommodation is covered with free wireless internet. Guests have access to a washing machine. One parking space is provided for apartment guests, and street parking is also available in front of the property. A barbecue is available on the terrace upon request. Small pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee.
