• Guests are expected to be quiet between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Alexios Studios is an accommodation in Neo Klima on the island of Skopelos, 390 meters from the beach. It offers studios for 2-3 people and a beautiful garden full of trees and greenery.

Accommodation

The building consists of eight accommodation units - 4 double studios and 4 triple studios.

The studios are simply decorated in earthy tones and warm-coloured wooden furnishings. Double units contain two single beds, while triple units contain a double and a single bed. Each has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and kitchenware, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hair dryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with television and free Wi-Fi internet. A daily cleaning service is available, and a laundry service is available upon request and at an additional cost. Bed linen and towels are provided and replaced every 3 days.

Each unit has a terrace, and guests have access to a nice garden with a barbecue and free public parking.

Owners offer assistance with vehicle rental.
