Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Located 120m from the beach and 150m from the centre of Agia Efimia, Alexatos Studios & Apartments offers accommodation with an excellent quality price ratio in a quiet and picturesque location, right in the centre of the island of Kefalonia, an ideal starting point to visit the island. The stunning beach of Myrtos is only 6 km far, while the main port of Sami is at just 8 km from our apartments.

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this newly built complex, fully renovated in 2008, offers accommodation in studios and apartments with kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, balcony or veranda furnished with sunbeds, chairs and tables, and views over Agia Efimia valley.

Alexatos offers accommodation in 8 studios with kitchenette and private bathroom with tub, ideal for 2 people, and 8 apartments with fully equipped kitchen, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and a private bathroom with tub, ideal for families and groups of 3 to 5 people

• Economy studio 18m² are small but cosy, open-plan apartments, consisting of a living/sleeping area with two single beds and private bathroom with a shower.
• Standard Studio 18m² with a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom (2 standard beds)
• Apartments 45m² with a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom (3/4 standard beds)
• Apartments 50m² with two separate bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (4-5 standard beds)
