• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Alexandra’s Houses is located 150 meters from the beach, in Tristinika, Sithonia.

Offers private parking, a fenced garden, a shared barbeque and a balcony.

Accommodation

Alexandra’s Houses consists of two apartments for up to four people.

The apartments are 40m2 and are located on the high ground floor.

Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room.

The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a mini stove with three burners and a small oven, as well as a coffee mixer.

Linen and towel changes are done every 5 days (upon request).

Each apartment has its own BBQ and a set of sunbeds with an umbrella on the beach.
