Alexander Haus Studios

Alexander Haus Studios is located close to the Koviou Beach in Nikiti, on the second peninsula od Halkidiki - Sithonia. In only 5 minutes from your room, an unspoiled and cosy beach is waiting for you. After the beach you can prepare some Greek salad and pasta in your studio's small but fully equipped kitchenette, or BBQ some steak under the vinetree. If you prefer to dine out, we have many suggestions for that too. 

Accommodation

All studio rooms are fully furnished and have a view of large garden and the natural landscape of Halkidiki. There are 5 rooms on the ground floor and 4 on the top floors. Rooms can vary in sizes, some are spacious enough for a family with 4 members and some others cozy enough for a couple.

A morning in studios might start with a wake-up call from the sun of Halkidiki, if you would like to leave the curtains open, while your coffee in your veranda or balcony will be cool and under the shadow, thanks to the orientation of the building. During your stay you may feel free to cook like at home, as we provide you with a kitchenette, a full cooking and cutlery set and a fridge. For our master chefs, there is also an outdoor barbecue. Each studio room has its own bathroom with hot water 24/7. All studio rooms are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization and comply to all fire safety regulations.

Ground floor

• Rooms no.8 and no.9 are fairly large rooms that have one double bed, one single bed, space for a baby-cot or extra folding bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. As all our ground room studios, you can walk straight out to the garden and the veranda. It is a perfect choice if you have a small child, or if you wish to avoid stairs.

• Room no.10 is a medium-sized room and also the only room that has 3 single beds for 3 adults, making it an ideal choice for a group of friends. 2 single beds can be joined to make a double if you wish. It is possible to add a baby cot, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room. The room offers a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. As all our ground room studios, you can walk straight out to the garden and the veranda.

• Room no.11 is cozy enough for two. It has a garden view out of the balcony. The room has a double bed, a closet and a fully equipped kitchenette. The en-suite shower has hot water 24/7. It is possible to add a baby cot.

• Room no.12 is our largest room on the ground floor and it's situated at the back of the building. The room has one double bed, two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. As all ground floor rooms, you can enjoy your coffee or lunch in the veranda and the kids can run out the door to the garden, without worrying about stairs. It is possible to add a baby cot if you need one.

First and second floor

• Room no.4 is cozy enough for two. It's on the first floor and has a garden view out of the balcony. The room has a double bed, closet and a fully equipped kitchenette. The en-suite shower has hot water at all times. It is possible to add a baby cot or an extra folding bed, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room.

• Room no.5 is on the first floor of our building. It is a large room, with a garden view as all of rooms. The room has one double bed, one single bed a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to add a baby cot or an extra folding bed.

• Room no.6 is on the top (second) floor of our building. It comfortable room for 3, with a small view of the sea, as you walk out of the room during the day and an amazing stargaze view at night. The room has one double bed, one single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to add an extra folding bed, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room.

• Room no.7 is on the top (second) floor of our building. It is our largest room on the top floor, with an exclusive large veranda that has a small view of the sea during the day and an amazing stargaze view at night. The room has one double bed, two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to add a baby cot, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room.

Koviou beach is at a 5-minute walk, while within a 15-minute drive you can visit Neos Marmaras, Nikiti and other graphical places. We are in a beautiful and quiet location ideal for relaxing holidays in Halkidiki. There is a private parking lot.
