Alexa’s Sunny Days Apartments is located in the center of Limenaria, on Thassos, 350 meters away from the city beach. The closest market and bakery are at 100 meters.
The facility offers accommodation with pool for up to 4 people.
Accommodation
Alexa’s Sunny Days Apartments consists of 16 accommodation units in two buildings.
There are 14 units in the bigger building.
One apartment and one studio with a pool view are on a semi-based floor (6 steps below ground level).
The apartment (45m2) has a living room (double bed) with a kitchen, bedroom (2 single beds) and bathroom.
The studio has two double beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is one apartment and three studios.
The apartment with a street view (47m2) includes a living room ( two single beds), kitchen, bedroom (double bed), and bathroom.
The studio with a street view (24m2) has a double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. The entrance of the two other studios is also on the ground floor but their balconies (pool/garden view) are on the first floor. One studio has one double and one single bed, the other has only one double bed.
Two four-bed and two three-bed studios are on the first floor. Quadruple studios have two single and one double bed, while triple studios have three single beds (the third single bed in one of the studios has smaller dimensions).
On the second floor, there is a four-bed (two single and one double bed) and a three-bed studio (one double and one single bed) on the front side (a street view), and a double (double bed, jacuzzi in room) and triple studio ( three single beds, one is smaller) on the other side of the building (pool/garden view).
The smaller building consists of 2 units - one triple studio and one quadruple apartment with a pool view on the ground floor.
The studio (32m2) has a double and one single bed. The apartment has two single beds in the bedroom and one double bed in the living room.
All the units have private, furnished balconies or terraces ( street/pool/garden view), a kitchen with one or two hotplates and a small fridge, private bathrooms, AC, TV, mosquito nets, and WiFi internet.
Towels and linen are changed every 3 days. Cleaning is daily (except Sunday).
Private parking is close to the building.
