Description

Alex Lux Maisonette is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 700 meters from the beach. The maisonette is part of the newly built complex OLIVES 13 with a spacious garden. It can accommodate up to five guests.

Within a radius of 200 meters around the maisonette, there are all the necessary amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels connected by stairs.

The lower level features a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen that includes a stove, an oven, and a fridge with a freezer, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TVs. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and a baby cot is available upon request.

The apartment is cleaned before the chec-in. In case of a stay longer than 8 nights, the bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Guests have access to a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the garden.

The complex includes a large yard, and parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
