• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00, and check-out is until 11:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Alex Apartment Suites is located in Viros village on a green full hillside with a beautiful view of Corfu and Pontikonisi, 5 km from Corfu Town and the port and 1.5 km from Perama Beach.

Accommodation

Villa offer comfortable studios for 2 to 3 people, each with private bathroom, air- condition, TV, kitchen, washing machine, private parking and pool. We have studios and apartments with beautiful view.

The units are cleaned daily. Towels are changed every other, and bed linen every third day.
