• Check-in is after 14.00 and check-out is up to 11.00, but after consultation these can be changed according to the guests' convenience.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Alekos Luxury House located in a peaceful environment on the old road between Nikiti and Metamorfosi, in a pine tree forest and next to the sea. Beach in Metamorfosi is a 5 minute drive away, and Nikiti is a 10 minute drive away.

The house is a part of a 5-house-complex with a spacious garden, and it accommodates 6 guests.

Accommodation

The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace and a corner sofa bed. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. There is also a double bed in the attic.

The house is best suited for 6 people. Upon agreement, there is a possibility of accommodating an extra guest who would sleep on the sofa in the living room.

The kitchen includes a big refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. There is also a small additional toilet.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, and guests may change them when needed.

In front of the house is a big beautiful garden (about 1000m) with grass and pines. There is a barbecue place, wooden tables and benches and a shower with hot water. At the end of the garden, there is a big protected parking place.

To reach the sea, you have to take a 5-minutes walk through the pine tree forest. It is a very silently beach ideal for children, where, even during August, only the residents are swimming there.
