the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which
in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Alekos Garden House is located 420 meters from the beach in Hanioti, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is located in the semi-basement (a few steps below the level of the courtyard).
Accommodation
This spacious apartment (70m2) offers two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room features a sofa that can be extended into a double bed.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a toaster, and a dining table.
The private bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a washing machine.
The apartment has its own terrace with a table and chairs.
The living room is air-conditioned, while the bedrooms are not. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ironing facilities are also available on request.
Guests have access to a shared garden. The complex does not have private parking, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation, if there is space. Public parking is about 100 meters from the building.
