• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per villa) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Minimum stay: 5 nights (25.04. - 06.06 and 28.09. - 02.11); 6 nights (07.06. - 20.06 and 14.09. - 27.09); 7 nights (June 21 - September 13)

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled between 30 and 14 days before the date of the arrival, the guests will receive a 50% refund.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Alea Resort dream villas Dioni & Phedra, situated in the area of ‘Megali Vrisi’ in Lefkada, offer the opportunity for an unforgettable stay with a high standard of services.

Alea resort villas offer services to those who wish to enjoy romantic and idyllic holidays in lush surroundings, with views across the Ionian sea and away from a busy town centre.

The fully flowering garden is abundant with fur trees, pines, cedar, geraniums and other seasonal plants.

The pools with hydrolysis system and hydro massage promise long hours of coolness under the hot Mediterranean sun.

Accommodation

These two-storey villas, built in 2014, are 120 sm2 each and boast of an outstanding design and aesthetics. Each villa has a private pool (using hydrolysis) with sun loungers, garden, sitting room, dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, external BBQ and Wi-Fi.

Every villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one WC, and a kitchen area which includes a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a filter coffee maker, an espresso machine and a toaster. They also provide comfortable sitting and dining rooms, private pool each with sun loungers, garden, children’s playground, outside dining area, BBQ and a private parking for up to two cars.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days.

Only one small dog (4-5kg) is allowed to stay in each villa.
