Description

Al Mare Villas are two newly built maisonettes with private entrance and they are located right on the sandy beach, the beach of Atspas (50m). It is one of the best beaches of Thassos with shallow turquoise waters and fine golden sand.

Both villas are self-managed and constructed in order to meet needs that require a long stay with all amenities. With us you can relax and have a great time, from our terrace to enjoy the sea view, you will be enchanted by the colors of the sunset and admire the starry sky.

Accommodation

The property is built in 2011 and consists of 2 maisonettes with a sea view, right on the seafront, on the beach Atspas. The center of the picturesque village of Salas Marion is within five minutes walk.

Each maisonette is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children). Includes 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with a double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms.

The interiors of Al Mare combining style with aesthetics. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, have stylish décor and modern furniture.

On the upper floor of maisonettes, there are bathroom and 2 bedrooms with private balconies (only one balcony offers sea view). On the ground floor there is the third bedroom with 2 single beds, the living room with corner sofa that becomes a bed, a kitchen and one more bathroom. Kitchen has a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toster.

Maisonette 1 (100m2) has double beds in the bedrooms on upper floor, while Maisonette 2 (105m2) has one bedroom with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds.

Clean towels and bed linen are given every 3 days. There is a parking in front of the villa.
