• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Aktys Studios & Apartments is set about 230m away from the city beach and seaside promenade of Nikiti, Sithonia. At the short distance you can find everything that you will possibly need during your summer vacation - bakery, grocery store, supermarket, taverns, bars etc.

Parking place is provided.

Accommodation

The complex consists of four studios for 3-4 persons and two apartments for 4 persons.

Triple studios contain a double bed and one folding armchair. Quadruple studios contain a double bed and 2 folding armchairs.

The kitchen area is fitted with a stovetop, a fridge with freezer, a kettle and kitchenware.

In the attic apartment for 4 persons there are one double and two single beds. The kitchen has a mini-oven, a kettle, a fridge with freezer and kitchenware. From the spacious terrace you can partially see the sea.

Apartment (40m²) is the newest unit in the complex. It has a bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds in a fully equipped kitchen area.

All accommodation units have a terrace, mosquito nets, internet connection, TV and air conditioning.
