Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Akti Studios occupies one of the best positions on Nidri beach, Lefkada. Akti expands in a three floor building located just in front of the sea side and next to the small river Dimosari.

On the sea front, separated from Nidri beach only by well kept gardens, Akti is in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from the harbor, shops and bars of central Nidri. Mini-markets and restaurants are all only a minute's walk away.

For holidays on the endless blue Ionian waters, in the most privileged point of Lefkada. From the verandas you can enjoy the unrestricted and uninterrupted view of the famous Skorpios, Madouri, Meganisi and the other beautiful islets.

Accommodation

• Twin rooms for 2 persons. These have two single beds, air conditioning , television, fridge, shower / wc, balcony with sea view. They are all on the first or second floor.
• Double rooms for 3 persons. These have one double bed and one single bed. Air conditioning and Television. There is a kitchenette, shower/wc. They are on the first or second floor.
• Triple studios for 3 persons. These have up to three single beds. Air conditioning and Television. There is a kitchenette, shower / wc, and a patio with garden view. They are on the ground floor.
• Small apartments with two rooms for 4 persons. One room with double bed and the second room with two single beds.
