• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Between the green of pine plantations of Kassandra and the intense blue of Halkidiki’s sea waters, we created a new small complex of maisonettes, situated on one of the most beautiful spot of Polihrono, at the area “Gerani”, that operate since 2008.

Only 40m away from the beach, situated in a land of 3000 sq.meters, the rooms are wrapped by the sea breeze and the scents of the garden, with bright colours and freshness, equipped with modern furniture, sea view and the warm feeling of hospitality.

Akrathos Houses’ rooms are divided into two types, A and B, and share the stylish new building. Each type serves the needs of their visitors according to the number of the persons and the offered amenities.

Akrathos Houses consist of 9 new maisonettes: Type A and Type B.

Type A -  4 apartments for 4-6 Pers. with gallery-bedroom 75qm + 7 qm balcony + 10 qm veranda.

Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ceramic oven set, fridge, toaster, kettle), TV Plasma, washing machine, living room with two couches, dining table for 4 persons, bedrooms on the 2nd floor( bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with bunk bed and small double bed), 3 units of air condition, balconies and yard on the ground floor.

Type B - 5 Apartments for 2-4 Pers. with gallery-bedroom 55qm + 7 qm balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven with three cooking plates, utensils), TV Plasma, DVD,  washing machine, living room with two couches , dining table for 4 persons, loft – bedroom with one double bed, 2 units of air condition, and a balcony
