Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Akis New House is located 550 meters fro the beach, in Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia and offers peace, new accommodation and swimming pools in other two accommodations: Katerina's Resort or Michalis House, due to the owners agreement, 2 minutes away.

Across the street of the Akis New House there is Michalis House where guests can use garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ facilities and children can play and use toys.

Center of Sarti is 1 km away.

Akis New House consists of 3 quadruple studios on the first floor.

All accommodation unist inlcude a double bed and a bunk bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, mosquito net, bathroom, TV, WiFi internet and terrace.

Parking is provided in the front of the accommodation.
