• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 30 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of a no-show, the total amount is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Aiora Suites is a luxury complex located 60 meters from the nearest beach and 1.2 km from the center of Psakoudia, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation for 2–4 guests with beautiful views of the garden and the sea.

Accommodation

Two types of accommodation units are available, located on the ground floor and the first floor. The property is built in a cascading style, so the terraces are positioned at the level of the first and second floors.

King Suite – There are two King Suites in total, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each suite can accommodate up to 4 adults and offers a sea view. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa.

Deluxe Studio – The studios are suitable for 2 guests and are furnished with double beds. Some offer sea views, while others overlook the courtyard.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, a TV, ceiling fans, and a hairdryer. Each unit features a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a furnished terrace.

Cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided every 3 days. A laundry service is also available upon request and at an additional charge.

Private parking is not provided; however, free street parking is available in the surrounding area.
