Ai Yannis House is located 150 meters from the beach, in Sykia, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

It is surrounded by nice fenced garden with kiosk, BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture.

Ai Yannis House consists of 4 apartments.

Apartments (29m2) have bedroom with double bed and ceiling lower than standard, separated kitchenette with one single bed and one folded bed and bathroom. Both units are located on the ground floor, offer patio and can accommodate up to 3+1 persons.

Apartments (33m2) have two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One apartment is located on the first floor and includes small balcony, while the other is located on the ground floor. Each unit can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Bili smo 15 dana u avgustu 2023. Smestaj kao smestaj je odlican, ali ga ne preporucujem porodicama sa malom decom, ostalo je dobro, lokacija, cistoca. Bili smo u velikom apartmanu do ulice, internet je malo slabiji, strogo se mora paziti na wc, ne sme se bacati toalet papir, deca ne smeju dirati cesmu ispred, paliti sama svetlo, ormar u hodniku je nestabilan i truo dole, zalepljen purpenom za zid, tako da se prvi dan po dolasku prevrnuo na dete, kad je pokusalo da dohvati nesto sa gornje police, to je bilo strasno, ne znam kako smo posle toga i ostali u smestaju. Zavese na letnjikovcu sluze za ukras a ne za koriscenje jer poslepodne oko 17,18h je nemoguce rucati ili sedeti od sunca, gazdarici je smetalo da navlacimo zavese, stalno nam je upucivala kritike za nesto, ne razumeju srpski ni engleski, sporazumevanje je tesko, bukvalno rukama. Deci (7 i 5 god) smo ogranicili sve, da diraju,da se igraju loptom, reketom na dvoristu. Rostilj postoji iza u dvoristu ispred studija, pa ga nismo ni koristili, niti nam je nudjeno. Pozitivno je sto je plaza stvarno blizu, komarnici na svim prozorima, jer uvece ima komaraca, kuhinja ok opremljena, sa osnovnim sudovima plus toster, kuvalo, veliki frizider i friz za pohvalu. Posteljina se menja na 6 dana, peskira dovoljno.

Boravili smo u ovom smestaju ovog leta. Utisci su poprilicno losi. Vise su nas razocarali nastup i konstantni prigovori gazdarice,nego sam "apartman". Prilaz dvoristu za auto je grozan, strm, uzan. U apartmanu necete naci fen i par uredjaja je neispravno. Gazdaricine macke se nocu motaju po terasama, preturaju po kantama za djubre i prave buku. Deci nisu dozvoljene igre sa loptom u dvoristu. Nas cetvoro je docekalo 3 peskira (naravno, nosim svoje, ali obicno svaki clan porodice dobije po jedan u samom smestaju) od cega je jedan mali i 2 veca. Gazdarica je posebna prica. Sve u svemu, ocena nula.
