Description

Agroktima Elia is a complex that extends over 4000 m², located in Nea Tiryntha, 6.2 kilometers from the city of Nafplio, the capital of the Peloponnese. The complex offers studios, apartments, and a maisonette for 2-8 people, as well as a large estate in nature for relaxation, with a pavilion, barbecue, and children's playground. The closest beach is 5 kilometers away.

Accommodation

The idea of this accommodation complex is to be adapted to all types and needs of tourists. That's why Agroktima Elia offers three different types of accommodation units, each named after a part of the city of Nafplio. They are all soundproofed and have a view of the city and Palamidi Castle.

Pente Adelfia Studio - 201

The Pente Adelfia Studio is on the ground floor and is an open plan, well-equipped studio. It sleeps 2 persons and it is one of three alike studios on the ground floor. The name Pente Adelfia (meaning five brothers) is named after the five Venetian canons of the same name the town of Nafplion.

Pronoia Studio - 202

The Pronoia Studio is on the ground floor and is an open plan, well-equipped studio. It sleeps 2 persons and it is one of three alike studios on the ground floor. The name Pronoia is named after one of the oldest parts of the town of Nafplion.

Pili Tis Xiras Studio - 203

The Pili Tis Xiras Studio is on the ground floor and is an open plan, well-equipped studio. It sleeps 2 persons and it is one of three alike studios on the ground floor. The name "Pili Tis Ksiras" Studio (meaning land entrance) is named after the gate which was the entrance to the city of Nafplion in ancient times which has recently been renovated.

Each of the three studios has the following amenities:

• Kitchenette with small oven and two rings, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
• TV LCD, CD player, Internet connection
• AC Inverter Air-conditioning in each space
• Double bed with orthopedic mattress and under mattress
• Security door, Soundproofed windows
• Bathroom with shower
• Balconies front and back with bamboo furniture

Bourtzi Apartment - 204

The Bourtzi Apartment is on the first floor and consists of separate bedroom and living room. It sleeps 4 persons and it is one of two alike apartments on the first floor. Our Bourtzi Apartment is named after the Bourtzi Castle, the island situated in the middle of the harbour in Nafplion.

Acronafplia Apartment - 205

The Acronafplia Apartment is on the first floor and consists of separate bedroom and living room. It sleeps 4 persons and it is one of two alike apartments on the first floor. Acronafplia Apartment is named after the Akronafplia Castle which overlooks the bay and old town of Nafplion.

Each of the two apartments has the following amenities:

• Kitchenette with small oven and two rings, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
• TV LCD, Wireless Internet Connection
• AC Inverter Air-conditioning in each space
• Bedroom with double bed with orthopedic mattress and under mattress

Palamidi Maisonette - 206

The Palamidi Maisonette is in an independent building adjacent to the other studios and apartments. The accommodation is on two floors and can easily sleep 8 persons (6 adults + 2 kids or 4 adults + 4 kids). The name is taken from the famous Palamidi Castle which is situated on the hill above Nafplion.

On the ground floor there is the lounge with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom with shower, a bedroom with king size bed and large covered balcony.

The first floor has a double bedroom with king size bed, corner sofa which opens into a double bed, AC inverter, bathroom with jaccuzzi bath and large verandas all around with bamboo furniture and views of the Palamidi Castle.

The maisonette has the following amenities:

• King size beds with orthopedic mattresses and under mattresses
• AC inverter air-conditioning in every living space
• Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
• LCD TV on both floors, Wi-Fi internet
• Security door, Soundproofed windows
• Sheltered patio on ground floor
• Spacious balconies all around first floor with bamboo furniture (ecologically friendly)
• Views of the Palamidi Castle

The building is surrounded by a spacious yard and olive groves, after which it got its name. The central place for rest and socializing outside is the pavilion, and guests can also use the barbecue, picnic area, deckchairs, and children's playground. Shaded parking and a reception desk for help and information are also available.

Beautiful nature, fresh air, peaceful, intimate, and quiet atmosphere are the reason why weddings and other celebrations are often organized here, so the complex is open all year round.
