• Deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Agni Hotel On The Beach is located only 30 metres from the beach and 1km from the center, in the new part of Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 2 to 5 persons.

Agni Hotel offers sea view, playground, breakfast and nice decorated rooms.

Hotel consists of double, triple and quadruple studios, 5 bed apartments and suites that can be double, quadruple and quintuple.

Double studios (28m2) have a double bed.

Triple studios (28m2) have a double bed and a single bed.

Quadruple studios (28m2) have a double bed and 2 single beds.

5 Bed apartments (35m2) include 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds of which 2 are connected) and a kitchen.

Suites

Double suite (25m2) has a double bed.

Quadruple family suite (30m2) includes a double and 2 single beds.

Quadruple residential suite (45m2) has a double and 2 single beds.

5 Bed residential suite (50m2) has a double and 2 single beds.

Linen is changed every 4 days and towels every 2 days. Hotel offers room cleaning every other day.
