Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Agapitos Apartments is located a few steps from the beach, in the heart of Nikiti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 3 to 5 people in apartments.

Object offers private parking, BBQ facilities, sunbeds and umbrellas and excellent location.

Accommodation

Agapitos Apartments consists of 2 buildings: The White building in the front and The Yellow building behind, each with 4 apartments.

The White house is newer than The Yellow house and has 2 duplex apartments on the ground floor (one is renovated) and 2 apartments on the upper floor (blue and green - both renovated).

Apartments that belongs to the White house have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and kitchen area with dining room and living space. Those which are located on the ground floor offer extra sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 5 persons.

The White House accommodation units offer direct sea view. Apartments on the 1st floor have a mini stove in kitchen and one apartment on the ground floor (renovated) has a cooktop (without oven). Renovated apartments include shower cabin in the bathroom.

The Yellow house is a bit older but all the four apartment are well maintened and can accommodate 3 to 4 persons. These apartments are located on the 1st and on the 2nd floor and offer side sea view.

3 Bed apartments include a bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds and kitchen area with a single bed.

4 Bed apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed or 3 single beds and a kitchen area with a single bed.

All apartments have a mini stove in the kitchen.

Linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, and guests take care of the hygiene by themselves.
