• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

• Breakfast - 13 EUR/ per person per day.
• Laundry service - 10 EUR/ per service.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Afrodite Rooms is located in Paralia Vrasna, a continuation of Nea Vrasna. The beach is 20 m away, it is positioned right across the street from the building. There are 34 accommodation units of the studio type, accommodating from 2 to 4 people. And one apartment, accommodating up to 6 people.

Accommodation

The studios are 25 m² to 30 m² in size. They are equipped with single and double beds. The kitchens are equipped with mini-fridges and a two-burner stove. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Guests have access to TV, Internet, air conditioning, awnings, mosquito nets, Terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture, some of the units have a direct view of the sea, others have a partial view of the sea, and some have a view of the mountain. Four studios on the ground floor are adapted for people with disabilities.

The apartment is located in the attic. There is one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom. There is also one double bed and one single bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven and a combined refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and offers a view of the sea.

Guests have at their disposal a reception desk, a bar on the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, which are free with consumption from the mini market. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.

The service is on an overnight or bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast is served as a buffet or as a menu, depending on the number of guests at that time.

Small pets are allowed with prior request.

Cleaning of the accommodation, replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 3 or 4 days.

Parking is provided for guests.
