• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Aello Seafront Apartments are located just in front of the beach of Fourka, on Kassandra peninsula. Apart from the crystal clear sea, you can enjoy the green view of the hills that surround the place. Supermarkets and restaurants are 100 to 260 meters away, and there are more on the main square, which is 750 meters away.
It's 90 kilometers from the city of Thessaloniki.
Accommodation
The Sky Apartment is on the second floor and was desinged with the travelers in mind. It has one bedroom, an attic, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 balconies that have a clear view of the sea and the garden. It has such an easy access to the sea. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The Sunset Aparment is located just in front of the sea. You get to see every sunset from your balcony enjoing your afternoon coffee. It has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom and a balcony that is next to the sea and the garden. It can host up to 4 people.
The Bright Apartment is on the first floor and consists of 2 separated rooms, a small hall and a bathroom. In the first room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people, a table with chairs, a TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and kitchenware for those who prefer self-catering. In the second room, there's a large double bed. The apartment has 2 balconies where you can enjoy and relax viewing the sea, the sunset and the green garden. It's for 3 people.
The Cozy Apartment is on the ground floor and consists of 2 separated rooms, a small hall and a bathroom. In the first room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people, a table with chairs and a TV. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and kitchen utensils,. In the second room, there's a big double bed. These are half basement apartments with 2 balconies which are immediately adjacent to our garden. The capacity is for 3 people.
Each apartment offers sunbeds and umbrellas that guests can keep on the terrace and take with them to the beach. Guests are responsible for the equipment.

Please,
• Check-in after 15:00.
• Check-out before 10:30.
• Do not throw anything in the WC. Throwing toilet papers, tissues, etc. inside the toilet causes immediate problems due to narrow water pipes. There is a bucket for toilet paper.
• Please avoid smoking inside the apartments.
• Do not use white towels on the beach.
• Throw your rubbish at the big green waste bins placed in the parking lot and do not leave them outside your door at night.
• Close all doors and windows before switching the air conditioner on. Switch it off when you leave the apartment.
• Always wash the sand off on your way back from the beach.
• Do not sit on the couches or on the beds with wet swimming suits, sunscreen, or suntan oils. Sunscreen and oil suntans are very difficult to clean. If the bedsheets and towels have stains from such products, you will be charged for their replacement.
• Do not take chairs from the property to the beach.
• Sitting in the garden is allowed only in the areas where there are tables and chairs. Sleeping and sunbathing in the garden is not allowed.
• Let wet clothes, towels, etc. dry on the balcony on the back side of the apartment, not the side that overlooks the sea.
• Comply with quiet hours rules according to the complex regulations - From 15:00 to 17:30 and from 00:00 to 08:00. Please try not to produce loud noises/music, and do not drag chairs, tables, etc. within the above time periods.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Kako poslati zahtev za rezervaciju smeštaja sa našeg sajta - lako i veoma brzo
Nakon što izvršite pretragu smeštaja na našem sajtu i odlučite se za željeni objekat, kliknite na dugme "Pošalji zahtev za rezervaciju".
1. Popunite obavezna polja u zahtevu.
- Ukoliko vaši datumi dolaska i odlaska nisu fiksni, obavezno to napomenite u zahtevu da bi vlasnik objekta u slučaju popunjenosti mogao da vam ponudi druge slobodne termine.
- Proverite dobro da li je vaša email adresa popunjena tačno. Ukoliko unesete neispravan email, vlasnik objekta neće biti u mogućnosti da vam odgovori.
- Nemojte slati zahteve sa pitanjem "Koja je cena apartmana..." ili "Koliko košta 10 dana..." ukoliko na stranici smeštaja već postoji cenovnik.

Nakon slanja zahteva
Molimo vas da budete strpljivi. Iako većina vlasnika objekata u Grčkoj vrlo brzo odgovara odgovor na zahtev vam može stići na mail nakon 3-4 dana. Obavezno proverite Spam ili Junk folder Vašeg email programa, jer se
ponekad dogodi da email nekog od njih završi u Spamu.
Ukoliko i nakon 3-4 dana još uvek niste dobili odgovor to znači da ste prilikom slanja zahtea verovatno greškom uneli neispravnu email adresu i odgovor vlasnika vam neće stići. U tom slučaju potrebno je
da zahtev pošaljete ponovo, ovaj put sa ispravno unetom email adresom.
Ukoliko vam je odgovor potreban hitno i želite odmah da stupite u kontakt sa vlasnikom, možete ga kontaktirati putem Viber-a ili Whatsapp-a ili mu poslati sms poruku.
Kada vam stigne potvrda da je smeštaj slobodan
Ukoliko dobijete potvrdu da je smeštaj slobodan i da možete da uđete u proces rezervacije, potrebno je da napišete u odgovoru mejlom kada ćete to uraditi kako vlasnik ne bi termin ustupio drugom potencijalnom gostu.
Nakon što izvršite uplatu potrebno je da to takođe napišete u mailu sa uključenim podacima o uplati: sa kog imena je uplaćen depozit, iznos depozita koji ste uplatili i datum uplate - ukoliko uplaćujete preko računa banke.
U slučaju uplate depozita putem Western Union-a potrebno je da napišete u mailu kontrolni broj naloga (MTCN broj od 10 cifara) kojim je novac poslat i ime i prezime pošiljaoca.
Nakon što primi uplatu vlasnik treba da vam potvrdi mailom da je uplatu primio i da je smeštaj rezervisan za vas. Potvrda vlasnika najčešće stiže nakon 2-4 dana ukoliko ste uplatu izvršili preko banke. Ukoliko
ste uplatili putem Western Union-a može se desiti da na potvrdu vlasnika sačekate i do 7 dana.
Kada vam vlasnik potvrdi u mailu da je primio uplatu, smeštaj je rezervisan za vas i ništa osim toga više nije potrebno da uradite.
Uplata depozita vlasniku objekta
Uplata depozita koju uglavnom većina vlasnika smeštaja traži unapred i koja najčešće iznosi 20-50% od ukupne cene, je standardna procedura koja i vama, a i vlasnicima apartmana/vila/hotela pruža sigurnost rezervacije: vlasniku je depozit garancija da ćete doći određenog datuma i da im smeštajna jedinica neće ostati prazna, a vama garancija da će vas smeštajna jedinica čekati pod uslovima koje ste dogovorili sa vlasnikom.
Ukoliko ste sa vlasnikom smeštaja precizirali sve detalje vaše rezervacije, nema razloga za brigu. Naš savet je da pre uplate precizirate sledeće:
- broj noćenja
- datum dolaska i odlaska
- tip apartmana/sobe (dvokrevetni, trokrevetni itd)
- pogled (ukoliko ste zahtevali poseban)
- iznos depozita
- iznos ostatka za uplatu pri dolasku
- sve ostalo što smatrate da je bitno da znate pre uplate
