Description

Aelia Suites is a luxury accommodation only 100m away from the sandy Sykia beach. It is recommended for families because it offers a large yard with a playground for children, a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a covered seating area with barbecue equipment where guests can socialize and spend quality time.

There is a mini-market 250m away.

Accommodation

This complex consists of 10 modern units of all types: two triple and two quadruple studios, two apartments, two maisonettes and two superior maisonettes. All of them are located on the ground floor.

- Triple studios with a garden or pool view consist of a double bed, a single bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a marble bathroom with bathtub and a furnished balcony.
- Quadruple studios with a garden or pool view consist of a double bed, a single bed with a drawer bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a marble bathroom with bathtub and a furnished balcony.
- Quadruple apartments with a garden or pool view consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a marble bathroom with bathtub or shower and a furnished balcony.
- Maisonettes with a garden & pool view consist of a double bed on the gallery and two single beds on the ground level. There is also a TV, an equipped kitchen, a marble bathroom with bathtub or shower and a furnished balcony.
- Superior maisonettes with a garden & pool view consist of two bedrooms on the upper level (witn one double and two single beds) and one singe bed with a drawer bed on the ground level, two marble bathrooms with bathtub, a TV in each room, an equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony. They can accommodate 6 persons.

Amenities include air-condition, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a kitchen (kitchenware, small or large fridge, stovetop, oven*), a bathroom with a shower cabin, a terrace with table and chairs.

Bed sheets and towels are replaced after three nights. Pets are allowed upon request.

In the courtyard, there is a pool with sunbeds, a bar, an outdoor shower, BBQ facilities and playground for children. Private parking is right across the street.
