• The above prices are in euros per room/per night with breakfast.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Late check-in may be possible upon request in exceptional cases.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy for High season (14/07-31/08)
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, there will be a proportional charge.

Cancelation policy for Low & Middle season
• If a reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

The luxury apartments “Aelia” are located in the centre of the enchanting seaside village of Syvota. They are ideally located even for those without a means of transport, since the central blue beaches of the village are not far from “AELIA”. Guests can also enjoy comfortable and relaxing walks in the alleys of the village, the Greek cuisine in the traditional tavernas and the nightlife in famous Syvota.

The apartments belong to the category of four keys and have been built of stone in the colours of sand and sea. They provide wonderful and luxurious facilities of rooms to rent in a family atmosphere which offers unique moments of relaxation and enjoyment. “Aelia” guarantees excellent service, cleanliness and hospitality to its guests.

We have 12 spacious and beautifully decorated rooms providing for all our guests' basic needs and also offer a delicious Greek breakfast.

Double Room

• It features a double or twin beds, with terrace. It is spacious and equipped with hair and skin care products and all modern comforts, free Wi-Fi, satisfying even the most demanding guests.

Triple room

• It has one double and one single bed or three single beds. It features a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It is specially spacious, fully equipped with all modern comforts, free Wi-Fi, satisfying even the most demanding guests.

Family apartment

• It has one bedroom with a double or twin beds, with terrace and independent cuisine with a dining space. It is more spacious, fully equipped with all modern comforts, free Wi-Fi, satisfying even the most demanding guests.
