• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Aelia Apartments are located close to the center of Nea Peramos and only 300 meters from its enchanting beach. The city of Kavala is at a distance of 15 km and is the point where the ferries depart for the island of Thassos.

It is a family business founded in 2009 (high-end facilities) and a general renovation was carried out in 2017.

It all began with the owners’ love for architecture. Maria, Thalis and Photis who own the apartments are all engineers. Because of their professions, they designed and built beautiful apartments that offer high quality services and pleasure, providing unique experience to the guests.

Accommodation

Each apartment has a separate entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a well equipped kitchen for your meals and large furnished balconies with a barbecue where you can enjoy the enchanting sunset.

• Apartment 1 (71 m2) has: 1 King size bed (anatomic mattress), 1 Double bed (anatomic mattress), 1 Corner sofa that becomes bed where one to two people can sleep. Can accommodate 4 to 6 persons.

• Apartment 2 (71 m2) has: 2 Double beds (anatomic mattresses) and 1 Corner sofa that becomes bed where one to two people can sleep. Can accommodate 4 to 6 persons.

• Apartment 3 (74 m2) has: 1 King size bed (anatomic mattress), 1 Double bed (anatomic mattress), 1 Corner sofa that becomes bed where one to two people can sleep. Can accommodate 4 to 6 persons.

• Apartment 4 (74 m2) has: 1 King size bed (anatomic mattress), 1 Double bed (anatomic mattress), 1 Corner sofa that becomes bed where one to two people can sleep. Can accommodate 4 to 6 persons.

• Apartment 5 (80 m2) has: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Double beds (anatomic mattresses),1 Corner sofa that becomes where a kid can sleep. Can accommodate 4 persons and 1 children.
