Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

Aegean Sea View is a luxurious maisonette, a beautiful 160 square meter villa with its own garden and balcony that offers a panoramic sea view and is perfect for watching a magical sunset! It is located in Prinos. Everything you may need such as bakery, supermarket, butcher shop, cafeteria, etc. is within 100 meters which is an easy walking distance. The health center is only 300 meters away. The beach is two kilometers away, while the traditional, picturesque, mountain village of Kazaviti is within three kilometers.

Accommodation

On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and the large main bathroom, fully equipped with all the essentials. Going up the internal staircase, on the top floor there is also access to the garden and you will find the dining room, the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. There’s also a small bathroom with a shower.

The property also offers a washing machine, satellite TV, air-condition, Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping service! Decorated in tones of ivory and dark wood, this is the ideal destination for relaxation and romance, perfect for couples!

Can accommodate up to 4+2 children or 5 adults maximal occupancy.

Towels & bed linen are provided, while cleaning is done every 3 days.
