Description

Adam Sea View Villa Ierissos is located in the town of Ierissos, on the famous “third finger of Halkidiki,” Mount Athos. It is situated right by the seaside (approximately 60 meters from the first beach) and is 102 kilometers away from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of this house is 14 guests.

Accommodation

This property consists of a house and a yard. The house is divided into two apartments – one smaller apartment on the ground floor and one large apartment on two levels (first and second floor).
The capacity of the smaller apartment is 4 persons, while the capacity of the large apartment is 10 persons.

Ground Floor – Smaller Apartment
The smaller ground-floor apartment includes a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The living room features one air-conditioning unit, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa.
The bedroom contains an air-conditioning unit, one double bed, and two bunk beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped – it includes a large refrigerator, oven, stovetop, filter coffee machine, and toaster.
The bathroom is standardly equipped – it has a shower with a shower tray, a toilet, and a sink.

Large Apartment (First and Second Floor)
The large apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.
The living room includes two sofas – one double sofa bed and one regular sofa; one flat-screen TV, two armchairs, an air-conditioning unit, and a fireplace.
The first and second bedrooms each have one double bed and an air-conditioning unit, while the third bedroom has two single beds and an air-conditioning unit.
The fourth bedroom has access to the terrace, a double bed, and a separate sleeping area for children.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchenware.
Both bathrooms have a shower (one features a large shower cabin), a sink, and a toilet.
On the terrace, there is a table and chairs, making it a perfect space for outdoor dining.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The entire property is covered with free wireless internet. Guests have access to street parking in front of the complex. A washing machine is available for guests’ use. The yard features a barbecue available upon request.
Small pets are allowed upon request and with an additional charge.
