Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

ACTA Luxury Rooms & Suites is an elegant complex in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 350 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2-5 people (including accommodation for people with disabilities), and a spacious garden with private parking.

Accommodation

The complex consists of four units - two maisonettes and two studios.

Family Suite is a maisonette for five people. The lower level features a double bed, a folding armchair, a kitchen, and a dining area. In the gallery without a door, which is reached by stairs, there is a double bed of smaller dimensions. This unit offers a terrace and sea views.

Deluxe Suite is a maisonette that can accommodate five people. It consists of two levels that are not separated by a door. It contains a double bed, a sofa bed, a folding armchair, a kitchen, and a terrace.

Elegant Studio can accommodate three people. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a paved area in front of the unit with a table and chairs.

Equal Studio is a two-bed unit adapted for the stay of people with disabilities. It includes a ramp, an adapted bathroom, and information in the Braille reading system. It contains a double bed, a kitchen, and a paved area with a table and chairs in front of the building.

All kitchens include a two-burner hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and an espresso machine, and maisonettes also have a filter coffee machine. All units have a private bathroom with a shower cabin, a hair dryer, and toiletries.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a safe, and a television. Cleaning is done daily, bed linen is changed three times a week, and towels are changed five times a week.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious shared garden with an outdoor dining area and free private parking.

Important Information

• Latest check-out by 11:00. Upon request you can leave after 11:00 unless other arrangements have been made.
• Check-in: anytime between 14:00 and 21:00, unless other arrangements have been made.
• 24-hour hot water supply.
• Cleaning service on request (in addition to the above).
• Smoking is not allowed within the apartments.
• Please dispose of the waste in the bins located in the apartments and not in the toilets.
• The cards given to you on arrival are used to enter the apartments, (you are kindly requested not to lose them). Upon entering the apartment, insert the card into the special card box, and on your way out please remove it. The refrigerator is not affected.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Baby equipment (seat and cot) on request.
• In case of fire there are fire extinguishers outside the apartments.

Information concerning the protection of the environment

• Air-conditioning is automatically deactivated when a door is open.
• In our accommodation there is a solar water heater for hot water supply.
• Light bulbs are energy efficient; window and door frames are energy efficient as well.
• There is thermal insulation on all walls.
• The clean products are eco-friendly.

During your accommodation, please observe the following rules:

• Make sure you have switched off all the lights and the electric appliances before leaving the apartment.
• You are kindly requested not to leave the tap running aimlessly and to avoid long showers.
• Please respect the quiet hours (15:00-17:30 and 23:00-7:00).
• Please let us know if you don’t wish to have the linen and towels changed on the appointed days.
