• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If cancelled from 21 to 1 day before arrival, 30% of the total stay value.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Acquablue Apartments was established in 1986 in Kallithea, under the name “Alkionis Studios”. It's located only 50m from the cosmopolitan center of Kallithea, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 75km from Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport.

Accommodation

• Family apartment 40m² - consists of two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One room has a double bed, while the second two single beds or a double king size. In the kitchen you will find cooking hobs, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils.
• Standard triple apartment 25m² - consists of the bedroom and the kitchen. The rooms have a double bed and a single one, while the kitchen is equipped with cooking hobs and all the necessary utensils.
All our apartments have a spacious balcony overlooking the garden.
• Standard double apartment - has a spacious balcony with a view over the garden, two separate rooms: a bedroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom there are two single or one king-size double bed.. Cool welcome drinks await you in the kitchen fridge, clean towels from Egyptian cotton and exceptional amenities (shampoo and soap), whenever you might need it – the bathroom has a shower with hot water supply 24/7.

The apartments are cleaned daily, while linen is changed every 3 days.
