• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to stay.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy:
• If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation, or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation.
• If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less 30€ administrative fee. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.

Terms and conditions:
• Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.
• No additional persons are allowed to stay in the apartment.
• Suitable for pets : No
• Smoking allowed : No inside the apartment
• Events or parties allowed : No

We would kindly request that you :
• Keep the apartment clean during your stay. We will provide the equipment. The apartments are professionally cleaned before the check-in, and clean sets of bed linen and towels are available every 4-5 days.
• Clean all dishes and the kitchen after cooking /using.
• Do not move the furniture without permission. Of course you can move the chairs at the balcony if needed.
• Remove the garbage every day and at your departure.
• Do not leave leftovers in the fridge at your departure.
• Do not smoke in the apartment. Of course you can smoke at the balcony.

Other:
• Property owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the tenant or any of his party may incur or experience. Neither can the owner accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest's holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.
• Minimum stay - 7 nights.
• Check-in: anytime after 2PM; Check-out: 11AM.

Description

Above The Sea Apartment 3 is a brand new apartment above Atspas beach in Skala Marion, Thasos. The apartment is 5 minutes away walking to the beach, local restaurants and taverns, pharmacies and a supermarket. It is appropriate for couples and families with children.

Accommodation

This is a brand new 55 m2, two bedrooms apartment and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The master bedroom has one queen size bed (160cm by 200cm), the second bedroom has one full size bed (140cm by 200cm). The living room and the kitchen is a single space. It has a sofa bed comfortable enough for two adults to sleep. When it is open it is a queen size bed 160cm by 2,00cm. There are large windows and balcony doors to access the balcony / garden as well as the see the water front view from inside. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for you to cook. There is a large dining table for 6 persons.

The balcony / garden is the best spot of the house. There is a separate wooden rectangle table and four armchairs for the family to sit and enjoy the beautiful see view, the beach in front.
