Description

A3 Maison is located 2.2 km from the nearest beach and 1.3 km from the center of Preveza, in the Epirus region. This maisonette accommodates up to 6 guests and features two spacious terraces and parking.

Accommodation

The maisonette is set on two levels connected by stairs.

There are three bedrooms — two with double beds and one with a single bed — while the living room with kitchen includes a sofa bed.

The kitchen features a dining area, a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware and equipment. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

The property is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, while cleaning service during the stay is available upon request and at an additional charge.

The maisonette offers two large terraces, one of which is furnished with outdoor seating.

In front of the house, there is a space where vehicles can always be parked safely.
