A&M Apartments

A&M Apartments is located in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula (Halkidiki region), approximately 380 meters from the beach. The property is situated in a quieter part of the resort and offers three identical accommodation units, each suitable for up to 4 persons.

Accommodation

The apartments are distributed across three levels – one is located on a lower ground floor (approximately 5 steps below the yard level), while the other two are situated on the first and second floors. All units share the same layout and equipment, differing only in their position and terrace size.

All three apartments have the same structure and are designed for up to 4 persons. Each unit consists of a living area with a kitchen section, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.

The bedroom is furnished with one double bed suitable for two persons. In the living/kitchen area, there are two single beds intended for two additional guests.

The kitchen is part of the living space and is equipped for basic meal preparation. The bathroom is separate and fitted with a shower.

Each apartment has access to a terrace with outdoor seating furniture. The lower ground floor apartment features the largest terrace and is positioned a few steps below the yard level, while the apartments on the first and second floors have standard-sized terraces.

A baby cot can be provided upon request, free of charge.

All apartments are air-conditioned (the air conditioning unit is located in the living/kitchen area) and offer Wi-Fi internet access, as well as a TV with satellite channels.

The property includes a maintained yard and a shared barbecue area available for guest use.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. For stays longer than 7 nights, a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided, while for stays up to 7 nights, replacement is not included.

Private parking is not reserved within the property, but parking is available nearby along the street.
