Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Voula Seaside Apartments are located in Kalithea, in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki. Enjoy every minute of your stay in the spacious apartments, all of which have a partial or full sea view, and step out right onto the sand to enjoy the sun from your private set of sunbeds and an umbrella, reserved only for you.

Accommodation

There are three types of units, Standard Sea View, Standard Side View, and Deluxe. They all have approximately the same size, 35-40m² with an 8m² balcony. The maximum capacity of all units is three adults and one child, not older than 14 years old. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only. There is no private parking. Pets are not allowed.

The shallow, yet crystal clear water, and the fine sand make the Kallithea beach ideal for family vacations. Awarded with the iconic Blue Flag, one of the world’s most recognized voluntary awards for beaches, and lifeguard-protected, its turquoise waters are captivating to the senses.
