Villa Naiada is a newly built luxury complex in Nikiti, Sithonia, located 600 meters from the beach. The complex offers accommodation for 4 people, a garden with two swimming pools, a mini gym, a bar, and private parking.

Accommodation

The facility consists of 10 spacious and modern accommodation units.

Superior Suite is an apartment for 4 people that has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the room with a kitchen. There are a total of four such units, and they are all located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Suite is a studio with a double bed and a bunk bed. A movable wall separates the living room with a corner sofa. Two units of this type are available.

Two-Level Suite has two bedrooms with double beds. On the lower level is a kitchen with a sofa.

All units have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, as well as terraces with tables, chairs, and pool views. Kitchens include a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker. Two-level suites have stoves with ovens, while the other units have hotplates.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, central heating, mosquito nets, and safes. Pool and beach towels are provided.

The complex has a garden with two swimming pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a bar. A mini gym with a view of the central garden and swimming pool is also at guests' disposal. Each accommodation unit has its own private parking space.

Nikiti - Sithonia
