Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Sunside House is situated in Skala Kallirachi, on the island of Thassos, about 650m from the beach and 400m from the central square.

Accommodation

The apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a flat-screen TV, a dining area & a fully equipped kitchen.

One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has an extra large double bed and a sofa bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed.

There are also a balcony with sea views and a garden with BBQ facilities.

The entire apartment covers an area of 90m².

Skala Killirachi, Thassos

Skala Kallirachis is a coastal village in the western part of Thassos. It was the port of the mountain village Kallirachi. Spaced from the port 21km, lists 600 residents. Skala Kallirachis has a large harbor with small boats and fishing boats. In front of the village, the homonymous beach extends and near the village, you will find the beaches Klisma, Plaka, and Lagada.

Characteristic are the huts found on the seafront. The huts are used by residents for keeping fish in winter and staying during the period of olive collection.

At Skala Kallirachis Thassos are established the cooperative Kallirachis Olive Oil, producing extra virgin olive oil and crafts that produce sweets.
