Sithonia Villa

Sithonia Villa is located in Metamorfosi in Sithonia, 350 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for up to 4 people and a garden with a barbecue.

Accommodation

Studios 1 and 2 are located on the second floor and can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children each. They contain a double and two bunk beds. They have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, and kitchens that include a refrigerator,  Private terraces face the street and have a table and chairs.

Studio no. 7 can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It has a separate sleeping area with a double bed, while the room with the kitchen features a bunk bed. The unit also has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a terrace with a view of the sea.

All units are equipped with mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests have access to a garden with a brick barbecue and outside seating and a dining area. The facility does not have private parking, but street parking is possible.

Metamorfossi - Sithonia

Developed in 1925 by refugees from Asia Minor Metamorfossi has tourist accommodation within the village and along the beach and provides a delightful location for an unforgettable holiday.  There are many children’s camps in this region and there is also the Prodromos Monastery close by.

Metamorfossi lies 90km from Thessaloniki at the gateway to the peninsula of Sithonia and is an area of pine trees, beautiful beaches and coves with clear turquoise waters creating a magical and exotic environment.

Metamorfossi was once a small village where refugees settled after the destruction of Asia Minor.  The land belonged to the Orthodox Church and was formerly called Vozainas.  Today the village is a well-developed tourist resort that has some of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Halkidiki with fine sand, small idyllic coves, dense pine trees reaching to the sea and amazing sunsets.
