Sirius Apartments

Sirius Apartments is located in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia, in the front of the sea shore. Offers peace, natural enviroment, nice sea view, and is 500 meters away from Paradisos beach and city center.

Sea shore in the front is not suitable for swimming, has rocks and is small, but on the 500m all can enjoy in beautiful sandy beach, while here, on the site, can enjoy in serene atmospfere and view.

Accommodation

Sirius Apartments consists of 2 studios for upt to 4 persons and 2 apartments for up to 7 persons.

Studios are located on the first and on the second floor. 

Studio Aphrodite - studio on the first floor (30m2) has one double bed and one folded bed with matress, and includes: kitchenette with small stove (with curtain that can separate kitchen from sleeping space), fridge, kettle, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Studio has furnished balcony with sea view.

Studio Hera - studio on the second floor (40m2) has one double bed and one sofa bed, and includes: kitcenette with small stove (2 rings and oven outside of the unit's entrance), air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower and more spacious balcony with sea view.

Apartments are located on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Apartment Estia - apartment on the ground floor (60m2) has bedroom with one double bed, one folded armchair, air conditioning and TV, while in the kitchenette area (equipped with fridge, stove with oven and kettle) there are 2 sofa beds (each for 2 persons), dining table, TV and air conditionig. Apartments includes bathroom with shower cabin, furnished balcony, wheelchare ramp that is put in the entrance and also in the bathroom. In this unit pets are allowed on request.

Duplex apartment Demetra - apartment on the first floor has 2 bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, one has two single beds (as one big double) and folded bed and other is with double bed. Includes: kitchen with fridge and stove with oven, bathroom with bathtub (entrance from the hall).

Neos Marmaras - Sithonia

Neos Marmaras is one of the most cosmopolitan villages in Halkidiki. It is a picturesque village that was built amphitheatrically on a top of a hill. The village was founded in 1922 by some refugees from Asia Minor. Today, the village attracts thousands of visitors every summer and every kind of facilities can be found: hotels, restaurants, fish taverns, bars, café, water sports… The area has some of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki.

Full of golden beaches, eucalyptus trees and a picturesque harbour lined with excellent fish-taverns, Neos Marmaras is the most cosmopolitan village of Sithonia. It was built amphitheatrically on a top of a hill, surrounded by a pure blue sea. The village was founded in 1922 by some refugees from Asia Minor, joined by some of the inhabitants of Parthenionas in 1970.

Just outside the village stands the modern and luxurious hotel complex of Porto Carras, offering three hotels, a marina, an open-air theatre, a golf course and a casino.

In its vast lands citrus, almond and pistachio trees are cultivated, while its vineyards produce the well-known Carras wines. Combining sea, mountain and full entertainment, Neos Marmaras is a great place to go for those who want to enjoy dynamic and crazy holidays.
