Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Royal Studios is an accommodation located in Kallithea, on the first leg of Chalkidiki - Kassandra. It's only 85 km away from the city of Thessaloniki and Macedonia airport. It's a destination that offers a cosmopolitan life, organized beaches, archaeological and religious sites, as well as a lively nightlife. The sandy beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

Accommodation

On the ground floor of the accommodation, there is a patisserie-cafe where you can enjoy Greek freshly baked traditional handmade pies, various sweets, pizzas, a variety of coffees and light snacks all made with pure products and taste.

Accommodation features modern furnishings, air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, personal care products and a furnished balcony. Rooms have no kitchen and can accommodate 2-3 people. There are 7 double rooms (on the first and second floor) either with one double or two single beds and 3 triple rooms on the first or ground floor with double and single bed each. They cover an area of 20m2.

In the yard there are BBQ facilities. The beach is 250m away from the accommodation. Since there is no private parking, guests can park their car on the street in front of the building.

The cleaning of the rooms is done on a daily basis, while the replacement of bed linens and towels is done every 3 days.
