Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Nerina Studios is located 1.5 km from the famous beach Kathisma and 1.5 km from Agios Nikitas, on the island of Lefkada.

Offers quite location in lush greenery and private parking.

Nerina Studios consists of 4 double studios.

Each studio (25m2) has one double bed or two single beds that are connected.

Kathisma beach

Kathisma is definitely a beach that can be classified as one of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada. It is located, of course, in the western part of the island, and is located about 15 kilometers from the city of Lefkada and near Agios Nikitas (about 2 km).

It is beautifully organized, long and spacious, covered with fine gravel, sand and pebbles, and the entrance to the water is gradual. There are several cafes and taverns on Kathisma Beach where you can rent deck chairs and parasols, and there are showers, toilets and changing cabins. In its central part there is a tavern within which there is a swimming pool, the use of which is not charged to restaurant guests.

However, be careful, because this one, as well as many beaches in the western part of the island, can sometimes be quite big waves.

Kathisma is the most complete beach on the west coast of the island in terms of services and facilities it offers, and is one of the few in Lefkada that has showers. It is easily accessible by car, and parking is located right next to the beach: there is a free part as well as a part of the parking lot that is charged.
