Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Marias Studios Kefalonia is located in Spartia, on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, 600 meters from the beach.

Includes apartments and studios which can accommodate from 2 up to 2-6 persons.

Spartia - Kefalonia

Spartia village is located 12 km southeast of Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. It is a traditional fishing village with abundant natural beauty that attracts many visitors. The sunny bay of Spartia faces south and is sheltered from the predominant north west winds.

Here you will find pretty houses perched on flowery hillsides, sloping down to a coastline indented with beaches protected by outcrops of rock. Behind it all stands the remains of the castle of Saint George. It is good walking country and still very Greek. In the centre of the village is a small square with a few Tavernas and grocers' shop nearby. The landscape here is fertile with an abundance of grapevines, fruit trees and olive groves. The small beach of sand is an ideal place for quiet relaxation. If you like to stroll around the beach you will find interesting rocky enclaves and pools in the outcrops nearby. Water is crystal blue and warm. There are also a couple of taverns at the back of the beach.
