Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Marias Spitaki is located 250 meters from the beach, in Sikia, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It is part of the Maria House Sikia property and shares the same yard.
Marias Spitaki has two room, equipped kitchenette with small stove and fridge, spacious bathroom and patio. Towels and bed linen are changes every 3-4 days.

Take a trip through photos and music in one of the most beautiful destinations in Halkidiki. The Sykia is a town with 2,353 inhabitants and seat of the municipality of Toroni of Halkidiki. It is the southernmost and most isolated village of Sithonia, just 160 km from Thessaloniki. Occupations of the inhabitants are fishing, agriculture, beekeeping, and tourism.
Houses retain their traditional character in regard to the monastic architecture. In the village, there are ADS, clinic, KAPH, 2 kindergartens, elementary school, junior high school, high school and post office. The local football team playing in the A category of the amateur championship of NSOs Halkidiki. The cultural center of the village is called "The Sykiotakia".
