Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Lilia Sea House Fourka is a complex in Fourka on the Kassandra Peninsula, 200 meters from the beach. It consists of three apartments, each of which can accommodate 5 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

The apartments have the same surface area, structure, and organization. Each has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Two apartments have two sofa beds in their living rooms, while the third has a corner sofa bed. Each unit has one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.

The kitchen contains a stove, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, dishes, and a dining area. Each apartment has a private terrace with a seating area and a garden view.

The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a television, free Wi-Fi internet, towels, bed linen, and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are available upon request.

The complex also includes a shared garden with a brick barbecue and private parking.

Fourka - Kassandra

The coastal village of Fourka or Skala Fourkas is situated on the west side of the first finger of Halkidiki, only 100km from Thessaloniki. It is a modern settlement with convenient facilities. The beach is 2kms long, it has beach-bars and water sports, as well as more quiet spots for relaxation and sunbathing!

The sunset from the beach is breathtaking! In the village, one can find various taverns with exceptional seafood, pizza restaurants, snack bars with the famous Greek gyros, and supermarkets for needed supplies.
