Iva Apartments

Iva Apartments consists of two separate apartments in the center of Polychrono on the high ground floor. They are 50 meters away from the beach. They are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

Both apartments have one common entrance to the hall, and left and right are the doors for separate entrance to the apartments. Both apartments have an identical layout.

They have a living room with a kitchen and an extra sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is entered from the bedroom. Both rooms have access to the terrace.

The kitchens are equipped with complete utensils and appliances. The apartments have air conditioning, internet and shutters with mosquito nets.

Polichrono - Kassandra

Polichrono is about 98 kilometers from Thessaloniki and 92 kilometers from Thessaloniki's airport "Macedonia". The beach is awarded with the Blue Flag every year for being organized and clean. The fine sand and crystal clear waters of the Toroneos gulf, combined with the rich green shades of pine forests and olive groves of the area, makes Polychrono one of the top beaches of Kassandra peninsula.

A hike up beyond the beach takes you to a high point where you have the best views of the bay. The resort has a number of hotels and apartments, music bars, super markets, bakeries and craft shops. The homonymous village is quite charming.
