• Use of private parking is charged 5 EUR per day.
• Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request with extra charge applicable.
• Baby cot is available upon request and costs 5 EUR per night.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 30-11 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 50% refunded, minus the administrative fee.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of remaining days will be charged.

Special offer
• For reservations made until 31/03 a discount of 5% of the total price is granted.
• In order to obtain a discount, a deposit of 50% must be paid by May 1.
•The discount is not applicable to supplements.

The complex is located in the center of Nidri on a side street, just 100m from the market area and 150m from the city beach, surrounded by a lush natural environment. Large garden with lawn, palms and many other trees and flowers create a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, yet there’s the advantage of being in the city center.

Ionian Paradise Studios and Apartments consists of 20 units: double rooms, studios for 2-4 persons, quadruple apartments and one 6 bed apartment.

• Double room (18m2) has two single connected beds.

• Studio (24m2) has one double bed and one double sofa bed.

• Quadruple apartment (33m2) has bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with folded sofa bed.

• 6 Bed apartment (50m2) has two bedrooms.

Nidri - Lefkada

Nidri is a lively little town on the east coast of Lefkas island. Its 2 roads run parallel with each other – there’s the bustling main street and the long harbor road. Along the water, you’ll find authentic Greek tavernas and international cuisine, while the main street is heaving with cheery bars and late-night clubs. Just north of Nidri there’s a road bridge to the Greek mainland, plus there’s a little cluster of islands just off the coast to explore.
