The beauty of this stone built village is that it unites the old with the new. On a walk along the cobbled roads you will find many small shops with traditional goods, tavernas offering all the specialities, traditional coffee shops, and convenience stores.
In Theologos you can visit the church of St. Dimitrios which was built in 1803 to admire the wood carved iconostasis. The walls of the church of St. Paraskevi are filled with fantastic paintings of the saints. You will be amazed by the exhibits in the folklore museum and of course a walk to the waterfalls "Kefalogourna" cannot be missed. The hospitable and friendly inhabitants of the village will make all visitors feel at home.
For those who love walking there are many footpaths along the river or up in the mountain, all promising pleasant surprises on the way.
