Hotel Nafsimedon

Hotel Nafsimedon is an authentic neo-classical 19th-century mansion located in Nafplio, the capital of Peloponnese. It offers an excellent location for city exploring and is situated 250 meters from the harbor and promenade and 450 meters from Arvanitias beach. The hotel offers 13 units that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Accommodation

Hotel Nafsimedon has 13 rooms in total, which are categorized into Standards and Superiors. 

All rooms are spacious and decorated with antique furniture and artwork that add charm and elegance. The towels are changed daily, while bed linen is changed every other day.

Standard Rooms (8 in total) 

There are 2 Standard rooms on the first floor of the main building, 4 on the ground floor of the main building, and the rest are ground-floor units located in the beautiful backyard of the hotel behind the main building. All the standard rooms have double beds, apart from one having twin beds.

Superior Rooms (3 in total) 

They are located on the first floor of the main building. They all have balconies and big double beds except one, which has twin beds. 

Size: 30m² 

Family Rooms (2 in total) 

The first one is a superior family room located on the first floor of the main building. It is a maisonette with two levels connected by stairs. The first level consists of a double bed and a bathroom, and the second offers two single beds. 

The second family room is standard and located in the backyard. It is a spacious room with one double bed and one sofa bed (for 1 or 2 children up to 8 years old).

Breakfast
The breakfast is a tasty Greek, traditional buffet, which includes a variety of local products such as homemade jams, bread, local cheese, warm homemade pies, etc. It can be served in the room or the reception area. During summer, the guests can enjoy breakfast outside in the beautiful front yard.

Nafplio - Peloponnese

One of the most beautiful towns in the area of Argolis (in eastern Peloponnese) as well as one of the most romantic cities all over Greece, Nafplio was the first capital of the newly born Greek state between 1823 and 1834. 

Nafplio is located less than two hours drive by car from Athens, on the Peloponnese peninsula. The beautiful old city has a wealth of narrow alleyways and streets, steep stairs, taverns serving delicious Greek food, lively bars, clubs, and cafés, a lovely seafront promenade, and enough sights to fill a week. But the best is perhaps just being in this wonderful city, watching the sun go down behind the mountains, coloring the bay red, or relaxing in the central square and looking at the playful children, couples, friends, and families enjoying food, wine or coffee - just like you.
