Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Giota House is located 250 from the sea, in Psakoudia, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Organised beach and village center are 450 meters away.

House offers garden, sea view, quite enviroment, private parking and all amenities for comfortable stay.

Accommodation

Giota House consists of 2 double studios and 3 quadruple apartments, all located on the 2nd floor.

Double studio No.9 has a double bed, balcony and offer sea view.

Double studio No.14 includes 2 single beds and balcony with garden and side sea view.

Quadruple apartments No.11, No.12 and No.13 have a bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen area with 2 single beds and terrace with sea view.

In the middle of the stay are changes towels and linen.

Location

At a distance of 80klm from Thessaloniki and only 7 klm from Ormilia, we can meet Psakoudia. Their beach with a unique beauty can impress the most demanding visitor. Here the green of pines blends with the deep blue of sea and sky creating a picture of incomparable natural beauty. In fact, the presence of pines absolutely characterizes the area as it dominates alength the beach. It is also said that the name of settlement Psakoudia comes from the word “ptsakia” which in local dialect means small pines.
The 4 klm beach is ideal for all the swimmers of all ages. It is characteristic the fact that it is always awarded with the blue flag.

You can enjoy the sea of Psakoudia not only swimming but also doing windsurfing, ski and many other sea sports.

Psakoudia are known for their intense night life that can satisfy all the music preferences. It must also said that there are many restaurants with very good food. All these have been combined perfectly in order to make you be calm, unconcern and happy to a place that looks like heaven.
