Located in the arms of the beautiful Lefkada olive grove, the ELAIA complex - painted in the color of olive leaves - is located in the middle of a large, green estate of four (4) acres, paved from end to end with grass and colorful flowers and lush with centuries-old (from 1510 AD) olives. Our accommodation is located at a distance of six hundred meters (600 m.) Agios Ioannis

Agios Ioannis beach is the closest beach to the island’s capital, just a couple of kilometers away, and one of the best beaches of the island. Endless, golden, and sandy, with turquoise waters, the beach reminds of a Caribbean landscape; the remains of old windmills give the place a unique strong atmosphere. Because it is a windy beach it has become the second favorite windsurfing spot of Lefkada after Vassiliki. It attracts many skilled windsurfers and kite surfers.
